Hi, Erika!!! Just to let you know, I'm officially at FSU. It was a rocky first week, and I had to switch my room because of my roomie, so now I'm in a studio apartment. So yeah, the first week of school is going fine, and all the teachers are really nice.

How is school going for you? Your roomie getting along with you? Anything new??

Ugh...I (plus the Jens here) haven't heard from you in forever! Are you ignoring me?? I'm getting concerned since I've heard from you so long, but I don't want to call you in case you're busy, and I don't know your class schedule.

How are you doing? Are you classes going well? What kind of classes are you taking? I so many questions to ask about how you're adapting to school. Please message me ASAP, okay, so my "concerned friend" side can go back to sleep without worry. Please, I miss you!:(

Hey, Erika! How are you doing? Where are you in the country now? Are you in Colorado or Oregon?

Lots of stuff has happened to me in the last few days. The first was when I discovered that I couldn't live on campus at FSU, so I needed to find my own apartment which is very overwhelming. It was a combination of overcrowding and the fact the school told me the wrong thing about housing before it was too late. Just yesterday, I found a good one that I signed up for via the Internet and should be receiving some stuff about it through the mail soon.

The complex is called Studio Green (which is funny because I like green) and I'll be living in a private dorm hall with another girl. I haven't met her yet. I think it's like how you and your roomie were matched. You do a little form thingie (I'll get that in the mail soon)and the place matches you on similiarites. I'm just hoping everything will go okay without too many bumps in the road. I still need to get a little fridge, maybe a bed, and something to organize my clothes in. I'm so glad that you gave me you microwave, it'll be handy.^^ Thanks!

Well, hope everything's going okay with your travels since we haven't heard from you. "We" being me, Jen, and Jenni. Talk to you later. Bye!:)

I'm in Oregon! I've been in Oregon for about 4-5 days now, and I'll be spending the night in the apartment tomorrow night and going to my Orientation on Monday from there. >8D And then visiting a friend in Salem. And quite possibly coming back to Eugene to spend 4th of July with my friend that I've been staying with here in Eugene and her family. Buuuusy week is busy, but I'm soooo excited! I went to Portland the other day and got the apartment details all set up, met my roomie, took a tour of WCI, got fitted for my uniform, and all that lovely stuff! Even took care of something I needed to take care of at orientation, so I have time to be doing a few other things on monday~

apartment searching can be pretty bad without guidance, yeah. :/ I wish you luck in that! Keep me updated! The apartment I'm living in is in a reeeeeally nice area, and the apartment is really nice, too. :3

In any case, I made it to Oregon in one piece, safe and sound, and I'm doing really well! It's been so much fun, and I'm so ready to get to school and start my classes!

Yeah, you're alive Erika!:D I was getting worried, and I didn't want to call you if you were on the road.

Sounds like you've had a busy few days, huh? How's Oregon anyways?

As for the apartment, I have found one. It's in a place near the school and is called Studio Green. It looks like a nice place, but I wouldn't be up there until July 31st for Orientation.

Right now, I'm just hanging out here at home, working on some art and Im now a member of a scanlating group that puts up a manga called Record of a Fallen Vampire. I'm trying to send the main editor the chapter pages that I've finished, but Yahoo's being a butthead and won't let me upload the .zip file I created because it's too big.:(

Also, I know you taught me the basics of Photoshop, but do you know anything about using the clone stamp and getting a white "stroke" in text? The scanlating group wanted me to use those but I had some difficulty with them both, so I had to send the editor the difficult pages. She's probably going to be mad with the amount of emails I'm sending her, but I have no choice...

How's your roomie? What's she like? What do the uniforms look like?

How are you doing? Is school winding down for you, too? Are you having a final in Public Speaking?
Guess what! I got accepted into FSU! Yay! I'm so happy now, I was afraid that it wouldn't work out.
By the way, if you're still planning on going, my grad is next Friday at 6 pm. If you haven't responded me through DA in a few days, I'll email or call, okay?

=DDD Hurray! I'm sorry I didn't get to this earlier, I obviously don't get on dA all that much. I'm so happy for you, though! Congratulations on getting into FSU! ^__^

I had my final in public speaking yesterday, and I think I did okay on it. Even if I didn't, I'm sure I'm passing the class. So that's good. :3 Hopefully I can get financial aid when I get ready to go back to school again~

I have Friday off! So as far as I know, I'm coming to see you graduate! I'll be there! With a pretty dress on. :3

We must have a celebration for you. :3 Really!
